Policies
- Treatments and consultations are available by appointment only. Information about our locations and hours is available on our Contact page. You can call to schedule an appointment or a complimentary consultation.
- We require 24-hour notice for all cancellations.
- Please be on time for your appointment. Late arrivals will be charged based on the time originally scheduled, and we may not be able to extend your appointment due to other scheduled clients.
- A parent or legal guardian must accompany clients under the age of 16.
Payments
Payment is due at the time of treatment. We accept cash and checks only.
